The first pics of the eFX Biker Scout helmet.

Looks promising, but (as we all know) a lot can happen between now and the final release.

Well, if the hero Trooper is anything to go by eFX are not going top pull them in ABS but more than likely fibreglass.......Nice but not legend.

Looks great, but not worthy of being a Legend if eFX decides to go the FG route imho.

Noticed this right away, but this picture confirms it. They put that visor and face mask too low on the back piece. It should line up at the top, rather than at the bottom - at least in comparison with THAT particular original helmet. And the face seems remarkably soft at the sides - the cheek grooves or rounded where they look rather sharp and defined on the original.

Overall it looks really nice, but if they go for fiberglass, I agree... it should be sold as a Limited and at Limited Edition prices. A Shame if they don't do the Legend line as they were initially making it out to be.

Looks like the final product will be fiberglass since this one is. Bummer.

I'm really torn on this one. I think with a little more effort they could have gone the abs route. Not a legend at all. They say that fibreglass is more easy to deal with factory wise but there's been so many people returning their legend Vaders for defects.

The Scout Trooper helmet will be released in two versions; a weathered 'Legend' version and a pristine 'Limited' version.

I also read in other forums that the hero stormtrooper suffers from the same issues like the scout trooper and the price will be over $1000, I am so disappointed the way EFX are managing any kind of information related these two helmets... :banger

Cheers

Yes, far too soft compared to the original and you can see that the proto is fibreglass already. Shame......
