So how accurate do you think the Hot Toys R1 Vader is to the actual on screen version of the R1 Vader?

If these are considered accurate to the R1 Screen Vader - there's something just....a little off....

I think we will know this for sure, if we see him on screen or at a exhibit.
But i guess it's very close to that what we will see.

The "modified", (previously RotJ Version) Sideshow 1:1 Vader had a similar look to this one here.

It will look like the ANH Vader ...just with a more shiny paint job and the robe under the armor.
And with such a look i have no problem to live with.

My sources are telling me he wears the inner cloak over the armor late in the movie. Like his Hasbro Rogue One figure and in ANH

Here he be! Other than the puffy cod I dig it.

(maybe we can merge the two R1 Vader threads so it's all in one spot?)

He doesn't look bad in that particular photo but it looks like something funky is going on with the chest armor as well. It looks like it bows/warps outward like he's wearing his older brother's football pads and makes the cape sit funny. Until we actually see it in the film, who knows? Either way we get what we get whether we like it or not but at least they've made an attempt at it :-/

They have added the efx version c scar?
Seems odd as the rest of the helmet is painted eSB style ( sprayed & finished for close ups)

The Armour and Codpiece really looks off to me.
Makes the whole costumes look like a fanmade costume out of the late 90's.

Maybe they bought the Cod on ebay. :lol

Is that a reveal helmet? I see cuts through the tubes when zooming in.

Lol...a painted C-Scar.
Must be a CGI Easter Egg.

Cause of the tube cuts, you could be right. Good eye :thumbsup
