I finished the straps and padding last night, it really fits great... nice and snug. I used dog collars for the straps, debated going totally screen accurate, but I think this was a smart choice. Their easy to adjust, and the just snap together. I also hot glue gunned the mesh into place. Still waiting for my lenses from VM, so I just taped a set of home made lenses in there for now. And tonight I did a little wet sanding and polish work on the dome, since I had a few drips in the clear coat. But it really turned out great, I'm quite pleased. Just so glad I didn't settle for a eFX ANH helmet or something like that. Anyhow, here's a few phone snapshots for you guys.

Understandable, seeing as that's an ANH and you wanted ESB.

Nice interior. Makes me feel a bit embarassed because I just wedge a couple of car sponges in my helmets.
