What kind of stuff is that HDPE? I've been told it's a very flexible and lightweight material.

Definitely very lightweight... feels very thin compared to the sturdy AP ABS helmet. I haven't handled it much yet, but it feels even thinner than my styrene Vader mask... though... it could be simply because it's new and I'm afraid to handle it...

I'll tell you more, once I've taken a good look at and feel of it! :thumbsup

I've got one - (going back for one with a better pull).

The material is like a slightly thicker milk jug plastic (won't rip or tear).

:thumbsup congratulations NHM. You are right, it is really light and flexible. Still I think it is great. It is a great adition to any collection. By the way, I noticed that the left earcup of my bucket is not as sharp as the right one. Does it happen the same in yours? If they are casted from the SFS one it would make sense...
