Correct me if I'm wrong but nearly every exhibition suit I see in all the various shows is a mix of screen used, Tour ans SE....... I really don't believe whoever puts these together knows what they are doing??? Either that or they just have a big box of mixed parts and cobble it together no matter what.

I think you are right that they just grab what they can find with no regard to whether it actually fits together in terms of movies specific, SE, or tour.

And also how thin the alloy straps that hold the td are , definitely not inch and a 16th .

You mean the white trim around the armor?

Yeah, I don't know why, but I like the look of it around the armor edges. I don't know why, but to me, it sorta makes the armor feel more solid and it doesn't look out of place.

Carsten,
I think Rob means the clips that hold the CO2 canister on the belt at the back.

Ah... those. Okay. Yeah, they look rather slim. Anybody know what they are? I've definitely seen something like that before.

The new hope cannister has custom (hand cut from sheet alloy) made alloy straps 1 1/16 inches wide, the point I was making is that in the screencaps from ROTJ , the alloy strap seems visually far far narrower than the new hope ones.
