Thanks for the great pics guys! (You didn't happen to get a close-up of the D-Ring end of the Skywalker lightsaber?? I'm pretty sure that's the saber auctioned off from the Kurtz archive)

Cheers,

Dave

Glad you enjoyed the pics. Darn--sorry I don't have a shot of the d-ring close up. But all is not lost...
We will be trooping there again near the end of the exhibit run (in January) so I will try my best to take a real nice closeup of that for you guys
Plus lots more pics of the other SW stuff...
That stunt Vader costume was cool to see up close. The see-through cheeks are quite cool...I never knew they did that. :rolleyes
Bothered me a bit me that they have a pic of Vader on the glass case and the gloves are different than the costume.

Great exhibit and thanks for sharing.

It's a picture of the ANH Vader... whereas the stunt suit is ESB, so there's a lot more than just the gloves being different. :cheers

aaahhhh. did the stunt suit have the robes over the chest armor rather than under?

Thanks for posting those...please more pics of the Vader helmet next time you go...I have quite a few but the more the better...maybe up against the case with the camera to avoid flash reflection, then further back like two feet...

:thumbsup

I may go back just to take more pictures. I think it's well worth the $14 for them.

Please do... if you can stand 6 and 8 feet or father back and zoom in, that would be great. Side shots, rear shots, etc. in as ideal an angle as you can get will provide some really great reference material.

Thanks!

Ooo... and armor too....! :thumbsup

I agree on all fronts, more pics! Very interested to see more photos of the Luke saber. I do think that's the one that was auctioned off awhile ago.

Cool pics, and thanks for sharing :salut

Was this actually at the Seattle Sci-Fi Museum, or was it at a travelling exhibition elsewhere in the States?

Cheers,
John
