Hi Scott,

Looking good :) The pics you showed me of how you replicated the sagging on the back left hand side at the bottom of the dome looked great.

I don't know how common knowledge it is but Davin Felth / Look Sir Droids helmet is still in the LFL archives and it is in tip top condition to this day. It still has traces of the original weathering pattern pretty much intact and compared to most trooper lids hardly has any paint chipped off it.

Can't wait to see the weathering.

Cheers Chris

Cheers for the good feedback guys :thumbsup

As Chris stated, the original Felth helmet is in excellent condition, its just not been put in the public eye like the other existing original lids.

I am happy with the finish considering it was my first helmet I did without using decals, and wasn't as hard as I thought, the hardest part was having my mrs nag in my ear for ignoring the family as I did it :whip2

I do have a HDPE lid I want to work on next, and wouldn't mind doing another 'stop that ship replica'...if I could do it half as good as Star Wars Collector's, I would be happy as his is an awesome lid!!!

Very nice lid :cheers , great atention to details, I love the wheathering but the way you cut the eyes is amazing, that is what it gives the authentic look to the helmet and makes it looks like the original one.

Congrats

A
