I had been going back and forth on getting an MR vader for a long time but I recently found one in a sale and got a great price.I am one of the minority that is a real fan of the ROTS lid and look of ROTS Vader.My fave will always be ANH but I really love the ROTS one too.I was SO pleased to get my MR Vader.It really is an impressive piece.
However I just wouldnt have the skills or frankly cajones to set to it with a dremel so fair play and congrats on having both to pull of that great job!

Thanks Big Daddy. The only thing my dremel ever touched were the vents and not the helmet. The vents needed some minor sizing for each individual slot. I just kept sanding away until they would just fit into the slots. I would NEVER do anything to damage the finish on either of my lids even if it would be totally out of sight.

Ah gotcha.Even still I would not have the skill or patience to do the job you have done on those vents.Really looks the part.
