Does the SDS stunt have this fat lip feature?

No, it doesn't. That's one of the reasons I don't think it's an SDS.
Not sure what it is, but certainly no SDS; the ears look different too.

Speaking of SDS FG recasts, here's one:

Looks like a Battle Spec.

I got in touch with the seller -- newimage58, I believe -- and he related that he extensively modified a helmet he originally owned, studying various screenshots and such. If this is true, other than the thick upper lip, I think he did a fabulous job. I asked him for more photos. T-VIRUS and I studied them.

T-VIRUS' first impression was that the faceplate angle and structure spoke "RT-Mod" to him, while my first impression was that the narrow profile of the skullcap reminded me of the RT-Mod myself.

newimage58, however, does not know the origin of the original base helmet. Hopefully he has photos of the helmet prior to the modifications. If not then it may be subject to further guesses.

It's easy to remember the RT-Mod due to it's 2-part back & cap.

Though, you may want to let seller know that he's being discussed here.

I looked fairly closely at the SDS and this helmet and they do share a good resembalance of each other. Looks nice.

NewImage58 relates that he basically made a slew of improvements over an existing helmet but didn't know the brand/make of the stock helmet.

One heck of an improvement.
