Very nice Scott, congrats. The SL is one of the few helmets that actually looks good unpainted.

Any chances of seeing more shots? No offense to Paul, but the "Dagobah Roll" is such a weird perspective it doesn't do it for me. :thumbsup

None taken, my shots were not meant to be a visual pleasure :toothy also it was a mismatch of parts.

Can someone explain this to me? Why on Earth would you NOT finish the SL when you got it raw? I mean no offense, but come on, none of the casts of the SL are going to diminish in value by being unfinished, are they? I would wager they would be worth far more as finished pieces.

But, that said, they are the buyer's pieces to do with as they please. I just like the look of finished helmets, not raw pulls with moderate cleanup.

Good point. They seem to have so many highend helmets that they havent got the time to finish them all :toothy

There's a couple that I know of in the process/stages of being finished....not sure which one we'll see first...or when...or even if we'll see them, hehe. Whichever one it is, it will be the first of its kind finished since the DJ....

It would be awesome if we can see a real life side by side comparison with a DJ. :thumbsup
