Well, time has come to go on the build for the upper mask.
Here some steps i have done in past so far.
Please have appreciation if i not go deeper in detail for the reveal mask single parts i have for that build.
It was part of the deal as i owned the parts not hang it on the big bell where they come from.

The raw cast.
Based on a MR helmet
Some clean up and fitting to the collar.
Also i removed the casted in mesh inside of the slots.Cause i have the screen used mesh i prefer to use this.
The next question was , how to make the liner fitting inside the mask?
After watched my ref pic's again and again i noticed the trim lines of the liner under some parts inside of the mask.
So i recreated that, first on a template.It was more a try and error but finaly it worked well.
I made the first template for the liner out of paper.Later as that fit, out of a old rubberliner i had left.
I not wanted to cut the very expensive screen used liner type i have first, if i should make a fault it not would be that problem.
As next i made a basement fot some of the parts, that they fit exactly inside of the mask.

As this all was done , the mask got painted in the same black as the MR helmet.

I thought well, all is done so far so let put the real liner inside.
But it comes as it has to come.
After i added the real liner and add the inner dome part, i noticed that there was something wrong.
